Blame it on the dogs. Labrador Retrievers hold a special place in his life. They led him into waterfowling. It was a dive off the deep end. Fast forward and now Colton owns GRAYquill Kennel and turns custom calls under Thompson Handcrafted Calls.

Custom call making has been an outlet to be creative and offer hunters one of kind pieces that have a premium sound. Being a call maker is woven into his core. Colton brings his sound to Makers Call Company to Be Heard.

Growing up in West Tennessee, an area chock-full of waterfowling history, an interest in call making came at an early age for Travis. What started out as a call collecting hobby that he and his father shared, soon turned into the desire to build a call with his own hands. Over 12 years later and Travis continues to craft custom duck calls as Travis Ward Calls.

Innovation, attention to detail, and desire to continually improve his craft is what got him here today. Travis brings his sound to Makers Call Company to Be Heard.
